That is perfectly fine we actually work with estate agents but are not estate agents ourselves. Your agents will still receive the fees they would normally receive but without having to manage the property or deal with tenants essentially we will be working for you and your agent for free!

Simply put we will lease the property from you for 36 months or more. If the property is tired or worn down we will give it a light refurb & furnish to bring up to our standard. We will let each room to our exclusive list of young professional looking for rooms in your area. We guarantee you rent for the term agreed regardless if the rooms are let or not, giving you peace of mind. We also take care of managing the tenants and resolving maintenance issues, giving you true passive income.
Our tenants are young professionals working in and around Birmingham city center. All are extensively vetted with affordability and credit checks to ensure that they are able to live in the properties that we manage.
